Do not forget to consume enough fibre and mineral water because fibre can make the digestion in your body work properly. Make sure the cooking process is right so it does not change or ruin the nutrition of that food

Consume natural foods and drinks
Nowadays we can not deny that a lot of foods and drinks are made in a factory so it will need the preservatives in order not to get expired when it comes to the customers. So do not consume too much that kind of food, try to consume less soda and junk foods.

Get the right amount of fermented foods
People might forget the importance of the gut, even though it has a vital role in the body. There are two kinds of bacteria in the gut, the ones that give the advantages and the ones that give disadvantages, the amount of bacteria in the gut is two times more than the cells that we have in our body. Chewing is essential for optimal digestion (and therefore, for a healthy weight and waistline). Try chewing each bite 30 times as a goal. Since you’re having such a relaxing day, you can surely make more of an effort towards this today. Chew, chew and chew some more.
